Our toys are made from 1.5inch Fire Hose that was used to battle the wildfires of Alberta between 2022--2024 As these toys are made from multiple hoses and each hose has unique characteristics.  Even after being washed with a pressure washer (no soap or chemicals just water) some stains remain on the hoses.  After the Fire Hose has been pressure washed ( with a custom built Rig for washing hoses ) they are chopped into the required lengths, then one end of the hose is Triple Stitched with a industrial sewing machine and then Nylon webbing is attached with a double stitch, with the one end now completed it is then hand stuffed with Polyester Fill and then Triple Stitched again to seal them up, once that is completed then nylon webbing (in various colors) is attached to the other end of the toy with a double stitch as well for extra durability.
